SentriLock Lockbox Rental

Make showings safe, secure, and convenient with a SentriLock Lockbox. Only licensed Bokers can access the key during showing hours. Includes free on-site installation and removal. There is also a low-cost insurance option to protect the rental from damage and loss.

Competitive Market Analysis

With a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) prepared by a licensed Real Estate Broker, you can price your home with more confidence. We will show you homes that are Active, Pending, and recently Sold in your area and recommend a listing price based on those comps. The report is usually 10-20 pages, includes a map of the comps and a price comparison page.

For Sale Signs

Add a "For Sale" sign to your front yard and directional signs in the neighborhood so Brokers and others will know your home is for sale and where to find it. Includes one 18" x 24" metal-framed yard sign and two 12" x 18" directional signs. This is a rental fee that includes free delivery and removal. There is also a low-cost insurance option to protect the signs against damage and loss.

Listing Change Fee

You can use a Listing Change Fee to add an open house notice, virtual tour, or make any other updates to your listing like the price, photos, or description. You can use one Listing Change Fee to make multiple updates at the same time. No fee is required for status changes (Pending, Sold, Cancelled, etc.).
