Be sure to review our Additional Services page for low-cost extras that will save you time and stress. Selling a property is a lot of work, we are here to help when you need it.
Submit Listing Data
Use this form to submit your listing information for the first time. On the next page you will select your listing type, then enter the listing information. If you have already submitted your listing information, please use the Submit Changes form to make updates. To upload photos, use the Submit Listing Photos form.
Submit Listing Photos
Use this form to submit up to 48 listing photos. This form is also used to submit photos for the Photo Enhancement Service available on the Additional Services page. If you have already submitted your listing photos, please use the Submit Changes form to change or update your photos.
Submit Changes
If you need to make changes to listing information or listing photos that you have already submitted, including status changes (like Active, Pending, or Sold, etc.) use this form. Change fees do not apply to status changes but may apply to other information or photo changes.
Submit Documents
Use this form to submit listing or transaction documents (such as disclosures, or sale agreements). We must have a copy of all signed documents related to the sale of the property. The Terms of Service require you to supply these documents for compliance with OREA rules and state law. Failure to supply documents, including closing documents, can result in significant fines.
Additional Services
If you are looking for some help with your listing, we have a number of add-on services—from photos, video tours, and staging consultations, to SentriLock lockboxes, yard signs, and more. Visit our Additional Services page to get started. All services are priced individually, and you can usually schedule most services within two business days of purchase.

We highly recommend using the form, as it documents your request and prioritizes it in our ticket queue. If you are looking for disclosure documents, they will be emailed after you submit your listing information.
